Basically, I just wanted to add to this.
Suffering isn't something one should run away from. When it happens, keep in mind that God knows of this. He is the God of justice. God will always make sure that the one suffering is paid back. God does not leave us alone. We may not see the good that happens right away but rest assured, God in his infinite self, will give us comfort.
